This training is a standard 5 weeks, module based training program which means you will have 4 weeks to finish all the modules of the training and graduate. Every week, you will get access to certain modules of Theory and Practical classes.

This comprehensive and professional program is designed to train you in several aspects of yoga, i.e. from Asanas to Kriyas and prepare you to become an independent yoga teacher.
